Patrick Riley
Patrick is a
graduate of the Master of Real Estate Development Program at Clemson
University. The MRED is a two-year, full-time interdisciplinary program
with required classes in MBA, Finance, Law, Construction Management,
Architecture, City/Regional Planning, and Real Estate Development. He
received his bachelor degree in Business from Pensacola Christian College
in 2002 with concentrations in Management and Finance.
While attending graduate school, Patrick worked for Nehemiah Community
Revitalization Corporation based in Greenville, SC. Nehemiah CRC develops
both single-family home ownership and multi-family rental affordable
housing, throughout South Carolina, using tax credit financing. He worked
directly with the President and participated in the all aspects of the
development process including: recognizing the key assets of a
neighborhood, applying for various grants and credits, meeting with
architects, contractors, and owners, revising financial pro formas, and
attending monthly site visits.
Prior to beginning his graduate studies, he worked for two years as the
Financial Manager for a non-profit organization in Goldsboro, NC. During
this time he oversaw contributions, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
and payroll.
Patrick received his North Carolina Real Estate Broker license in 2009 and is a member of The Urban Land Institute.
