Acting as
exclusive agent for the 801 Travis Building, Houston, Hobbs was
successful in leasing the 225,000 square foot building to First
Interstate Bank in a $50 million transaction. The assignment required
$10 million in base building renovations that entailed the addition
of a freight elevator, loading dock, central plant and redundant
electrical service.

Realty -Portfolio Assignment
Texas
Commerce Bancshares, Inc.
Strategically
planned the leasing of Texas Commerce Bank's entire Downtown Houston
real estate portfolio which comprised over 1.5 million square feet
with over 300,000 square feet of surplus space. The highlight of this
assignment was the $50 million renovation of 707 Main, a building
built in 1929.
