GREGORY C. HOBBS
Email: Greg@HobbsProperties.com As President and Founder of Hobbs Properties, Greg brings over 33 years experience in property development, redevelopment, management, leasing, construction, and sales. Greg began his real estate career in 1978, when he worked with his father to renovate a mixed use office-theater project in downtown Raleigh, NC. Since that time, Greg has gained vast and varied experience in the real estate industry concentrating in Houston, Myrtle Beach, and Raleigh. Greg gained substantive experience in Houston while with the firms PM Realty, Jones Lang Wootton, and Edmundson & Hobbs. Throughout his career, Greg has led several major assignments representing an aggregate value of more than $1 billion.

MARY HOBBS
Email: Mary@HobbsProperties.com As Vice President, Mary oversees all financial accounts for Hobbs Properties. Her duties include processing payroll and maintaining tenant improvement accounts. Mary also provides buyer representation for residential purchases in Midtown and North Raleigh. Her early career in Houston with Smith Barney, Kidder Peabody, and M Bank provided Mary a solid sales and financial background.

ROSIE HOBBS DANIEL
Email: Rosie@HobbsProperties.com Rosie has passion for commercial real estate and a strong background in both operations and extensive business development. After receiving her bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia in 2011, she worked in business development for a forklift dealership and then established and developed territories for a regional staffing firm. Following in her family’s footsteps, Rosie left Atlanta to pursue a career in commercial real estate. In 2018, she received her MBA from Kenan Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a focus in real estate, family business, and corporate finance. Prior to joining HPI, Rosie worked on the capital markets team at The Dilweg Companies where she was responsible for raising equity and investor relations. She now oversees both operations and business development for HPI and has a commitment to providing the highest level of service in the area. She is also a licensed real estate broker, an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), and serves on the KFBS Alumni Council as well as the KFBS Triangle Chapter Committee. She and her husband,Geoff, live in Raleigh and are expecting their first child in March.

Connie Augustine
Email: Connie@HobbsProperties.com Connie started working part-time at Hobbs Properties in 2010 as receptionist and administrative assistant for the office. As the business grew so did her duties and she is presently responsible for managing the daily operations of the Hobbs Properties office as well as providing accounts payable and receivable functions for their 197,000 square foot building portfolio. Originally from Geneva, Ohio she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, hiking, and exploring North Carolina from the mountains to the coast.

BETH PLEASANT
Email: Beth@HobbsProperties.com Beth Pleasant brings 15+ years of Commercial Property Management experience to Hobbs Properties and is responsible for managing the 128,000 square foot Grove Office Park in Raleigh, NC. Primarily tasked with managing daily operations, financial and accounting functions, Beth brings a customer-service headset to her interaction with tenants, vendors and owners. Prior to joining Hobbs Properties in 2016, Beth worked for Spectrum Properties as Senior Property Manager responsible for 725,000 square feet of Class-A office. Beth also worked as Director of Property Management for Craig Davis Properties where she oversaw management of 2 million square feet of Office, Industrial and Mixed-Use product. Beth earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Business Degree from Appalachian State University. She holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License and actively volunteers in a leadership capacity with the Lacy Elementary PTA, is a former Deacon and serves in various capacities and on the Property Committee at First Presbyterian Church Raleigh.

MARY JO LUGO

As Administrative Coordinator, she brings management and an extensive customer service background to ensure prompt attention to our tenants. Mary Jo focuses on the daily operations and general needs of the Hobbs Properties team. After years managing the home front, she is excited about learning and growing in the property management industry.

BILL GLOTZBACH
Email: Bill@HobbsProperties.com Bill joined Hobbs Properties in May 2016. He has 22 years of experience in commercial building maintenance. Bill has excellent communication skills and pays very close attention to detail related to serving tenants. In his spare time, he does handyman projects and is a guitar player.

KYLE LUCKENBILL

In addition, Kyle also holds four Provisional Patents, one Utility Patent, and he also has a Registered Trademark. In his spare time he enjoys water sports.
