-  Legal & General (UK) One West Loop 267,475 square feet, Houston Texas, repositioned building when the single tenant lease to Common Wealth Mortgage
-  801 Travis Associates LP (Scottish Ambical Assurance Company of the UK/ Jones Lang LaSalle), West End London   225,000 square feet, release and renovation assignment resulting in $50m lease transaction with First Interstate Bank/Wells Fargo
-  333 Six Forks Place – Hobbs Properties, 125,000 square feet, develop and currently manage 125,000 square feet Raleigh, NC
-  Mexican Consulate Raleigh- build-to-suit for Government of Mexico’s North and South Carolina Consulate own and manage this facility
-  Qwest Communications Raleigh- Project Managed this facility in Raleigh for Denver based telecommunications firm
