​Your submission will be sent directly to the maintenance team.
​For emergency maintenance requests during business hours, please call our office at 919-828-9999.
For emergency maintenance requests after business hours, please call our after-hours line at 919-935-0203.
Emergency maintenance requests include: roof leaks, broken utility lines, running water, power outages, broken windows, and doors not unlocking on schedule.
