- Shotwell Station II, 1609 - 1699 Old US HWY 70 W, Clayton, NC
This 18,000 square foot retail and flex strip was built in 2004.
Hobbs Properties can also handle your renovation projects. Recent major renovations we have managed include:

This 24,000 square foot building was fully renovated from 2022 - 2023.
- 100 E. Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC
This 35,000 square foot building had its first floor fully renovated from 2021 - 2022. The renovation allowed the building to reach 0% vacancy by the time the renovation project was completed.
