Update: 3008 at Anderson Plaza Renovation

The Renovations at 3008 at Anderson Plaza are almost complete.

As you may know, 3008 at Anderson Plaza has undergone a renovation and reposition over the last year. Its new landscaping and interior improvements have transformed it and we are pleased with the turnout and market response. We are glad to have all of our tenants there and would like to welcome Sales Matters (Sandler Training), who moved in as a new tenant, and CTMG Inc., who expanded their shop by moving from Six Forks Place II to 3008 at Anderson Plaza.

Announcement: Food Truck Fridays

Your Friday's just got better!

This year, we launched out Food Truck Fridays program. Come to Six Forks Place on Fridays and you can enjoy some great service and food. The trucks vary week to week, so be prepared to enjoy a variety of flavors from local vendors. Some of our vendors so far have included: Bam Pow Chow, which came November 14th this year and provided us with an assortment of tacos and soups; Charlie’s Kabob Grill, who served gyros, hummus, tzatziki and baklava; Pie Pushers, Parlez-Vous Crepe and more. You can check our weekly Food Truck Flyer to find out what the vendor that week will be serving. We hope that you all have enjoyed the service as much as we have, and we want to make sure that we spread our thanks to PointSource for contacting and scheduling these vendors.

We've acquired 100 East at Anderson Plaza, which means we are now able to provide another 34,560 square feet of space to our growing client base. This three-story building will be renovated to foster creativity and productivity. With a location that has access to many different amenities, tenants and customers will have access to the greenway, local shopping, restaurants, services, and Downtown Raleigh (via the Raleigh Beltline).

Hobbs Properties is proud to announce that CTMG Inc. has moved into 3008 at Anderson Plaza in Raleigh!

CTMG Inc., founded in April of 2004, is known as the only organization providing Adaptive Investigative Site Management sources as a Site Specific Research Organization (SSRO). Their services allow them to enable clinical trial protocol completion as intended at each Investigative Site, with superior data acquisition per forecast timelines, 100% of the time.

Raleigh is Booming

Between 2000 and 2013, Raleigh grew by 50%!

​It’s a good time to be setting up shop in Raleigh. According to the Triangle Business Journal and new census data performed by the U.S. Census Bureau in 2013. The Raleigh area, and NC in general, has seen a large growth in population. Since 2000, Raleigh has grown from 276,093 to 414,530—a growth rate of 50%. Surrounding areas also saw similar growth as Wake Forest, Garner, and Cary all grew by more than 47%, which exceeds the 40% growth rate of another popular North Carolina city: Charlotte.

Summit Design and Engineering has expanded into the newly renovated 100 E at Anderson Plaza!

Summit Design and Engineering has taken advantage of the renovations we've made at 100 E at Anderson Plaza and has expanded and moved its office space from Six Forks Place III to 100 E at Anderson Plaza. Summit Design and Engineering provides its customers with many different services from surveying and land development, to architecture and much more. Just recently they were acknowledged by the Triangle Business Journal for being the 37th fastest growing private company of the more than 100,000 such companies in the Triangle area. Johnston Recovery Services of Clayton is Expanding by 50%!

​Johnston Recovery Services—one of the many human services businesses located across our six properties—will be expanding into a second office space in Shotwell Station II.

With the goal of making quality, individually tailored care accessible, Johnston Recovery Services offers outpatient treatments to alleviate the physical stress of overcoming addictions. Johnston Recovery Services integrates medication assistance with individual and group therapy, and daily visits to the clinic.

Unlike inpatient treatment centers, outpatient treatment centers like Johnston Recovery offer patients more flexibility. Outpatient care is unique because it fosters anonymity but avoids isolation, since there are individual and group therapies, as well as support groups. Though patients must come to the clinic every day, they can maintain their commitments to family and jobs.

3008 at Anderson Plaza

Hobbs Properties is happy to announce the addition of 3008 at Anderson Plaza ("Anderson Plaza West") to our portfolio!
 
To date, we have resurfaced the parking lot and we are currently replacing the interior finishes in this charming inside the beltline office building. We plan to finish the common area improvements later this summer and the landscaping will be completed when the weather cools.

Douglas Hobbs comments, “The addition of Anderson Plaza West allows us to grow with our expanding client base at Six Forks Place. I am very happy with this acquisition.”
